1.Terra Nova Golf Resort has a Soft Spike Golf Shoe Policy. We ask that you use only soft spike shoes at all times. If you should need to replace your metal spikes before playing Terra Nova Golf Resort you will find replacement soft spikes available at the Pro Shop.

2. You are required to guarantee your reservation with a valid credit card.

3. Any cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance for Monday to Thursday booking and 48 hours in advance for Friday to Sunday booking. If the cancellation policy is not followed your credit card will be billed for the entire reservation.

4. All twosomes and threesomes must be willing to be paired or accept a single player in order to secure their tee time.

5. Groups are asked to arrive at least 20-minutes before their first tee-time. Failure to do so can result in your group losing it's tee-time causing guarantor to become subject to the above stated cancellation policy.

6. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto Twin Rivers Golf Course. A beverage cart may be requested by groups holding shotgun tournaments; approval is subject to course guidelines.

7. Rain Checks: If you are unable to complete your round due to inclement weather, we will issue a rain check for the value of the remaining un-played holes. Cash is not refunded.
